Learn how to prepare salmon with angel hair pasta, asparagus, and pesto sauce. I will also show you how to present it beautifully to impress your guests when entertaining at home.

Blend the pesto ingredients together in the food processor.
Drizzle your salmon with olive oil, a squeeze of fresh lemon, spices, and bake on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook your pasta according to package directions. When al dente, mix the pasta with half of your pesto sauce. Next, cook asparagus your asparagus in water for 10-15 minutes, until softened.

When plating your dish, place the asparagus on your desired plate (preferably white to keep a clean look), and drizzle with olive oil, fresh lemon, salt, pepper and garlic.  On top of that add your salmon on a diagonal angle, and drizzle with a generous amount of pesto dressing. On the side, place a mound of angel hair to complete your dish. You can add some more chopped tomatoes and a sprinkling of herbs to add even more pizzaz to your plate.  Enjoy!
