- For damaged items please attach a photo and we will send you a replacement. Please do not throw it out until we have approved your replacement or refund. If you throw it in the trash before communicating with us, we will not refund your money, or issue replacements. If several items broke, please show an image of all the items in the same image. Otherwise you cannot prove several items were broken.

You will not receive faster responses by calling, and we will tell you to send your pictures by email, because that way we can send you the replacements in an organized fashion.
