Need Help With Your Order?
Please be advised. Once you place your order we cannot go in and cancel the order or change addresses. It is your responsibility to put in the correct address. There is no way we can cancel mistakes. Please don't call or email us to cancel or change addresses, it is impossible for us to change it once it is entered by you.
You will need to wait until it arrives and then you can contact us for a return shipping label by email. Please be advised you are responsible to pay for the return shipping.

For damaged items, please attach a photo of the product.
⚠️ Do not throw away any damaged items until we confirm your replacement or refund. We cannot issue replacements or refunds for items that have been discarded before we receive your photos and verify the claim.
If multiple items were damaged, please include one photo showing all damaged items together. This is necessary to validate your claim.
