2. Place the fruit on the grill, turning halfway through. Monitor that it should get charr marks, but don't overdo it.
3. Once cooled, dice your fruits, including a red onion.
4. Mix with a splash of lemon juice, chopped cilantro, parsley, and optional crushed red pepper flakes if you want the kick. Add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.
