This sweet dessert is a spin-off of the classic baked apple. Beautiful, practical, refreshing, and delicious all at the same time. It's also a great way to use up those overripe peaches sitting on your kitchen counter!
This is the easiest and yummiest summer dessert yet. Here are the instructions:
1. Cut your peaches in half and remove the pits.
2. Brush the sides with oil.
3. Grill halves until charred to your liking. Take care not to overcook so that your "bowl" doesn't fall apart.
4. Top with vanilla ice cream while still warm, drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle any chopped nut on top. Garnish with a sprig of mint leaf.
